Categorized as a “sensational inspiration project” by the Outdoor Playbook, I feel proud every time I walk by this school ground redesign and see it alive with play. A small property working with limited PAC funds, we got creative: from the brick donor wall doubling as seating and play furniture, to the community installation of the play equipment. This project shows that savvy design and community engagement can create magic, no matter the size of the space or budget.
